Bhubaneswar(Voice of India/Binaya Kumar Das):- The survey and sapling planting program of various Panchayats under Cuttack Sadar Constituency and Nemalo Police Station has been held. First MLA Eng. Prakash Chandra Sethi visited and planted various saplings in Bandhupur panchayat and participated as chief guest in a review meeting. We are committed to the overall development and progress of Panchayats, it is the duty of every citizen of today to make every Panchayat a beautiful and unselfish service to the society and maintain the work ethic. On this occasion, MLA Eng. Prakash Chandra Sethi was felicitated. Later MLA Mr. Sethi visited Santapur, Nemalo, Tilakna and reviewed various issues.
